North Korean leader Kim Jong Un says he'll suspend nuclear weapons tests and ballistic missile tests.
The news from the North Korean state news agency says tests and launches will be suspended as of tomorrow. South Korean media says there's now a telephone line linking the leaders of South Korea and North Korea, and they're due to meet next week.
