German police say at least three people are dead and dozens injured after a delivery truck slammed into a crowd today in the city of Muenster. The driver reportedly killed himself after the crash.
Witnesses say the truck drove into a group of people seated at an outdoor restaurant. Police have not ruled out a terror attack in the popular old town section of Muenster. Authorities have sealed off an area near the city's center and are asking people to avoid it.
