A man was found lying in the middle of a south side street overnight, bleeding from a gunshot wound to the stomach, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the victim, in his forties, was rushed to SAMMC in critical condition after he was found in the 100 block of Hazel, which is off Frio City Road.
Witnesses told officers two people in a 'red Charger' did the shooting. They didn't get a license plate and officers are still searching for suspects, and a motive.
