An explosion this morning at a FedEx Ground facility in Schertz, located between San Antonio and Austin on I-35, has left one person hurt, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The ATF and the San Antonio Police bomb squad are on the scene. So far, the explosion is not being linked to the series of four package bombs which have exploded in Austin, 65 miles to the north, over the past two weeks.
About 75 people were in the facility at the time. The scene has been 'secured,' and the one person who was injured has been taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The explosion happend about 12:30 this morning.
