The Spurs held on to a slim lead in the fourth quarter to outlast the Pelicans 98-93 in San Antonio. LaMarcus Aldridge led the charge with 25 points for the Spurs, and Dejounte Murray added 18 points and 12 rebounds. The Spurs improved to 25-and-8 at home. Jrue Holiday scored a team-high 24 points for the Pelicans. Anthony Davis added 21 points and 14 rebounds in defeat. The Pelicans are a half-game ahead of Utah and San Antonio for the sixth seed in the West.
