It's now March, which means Fiesta is next month, and the Conservation Society today kicked off Fiesta season with plans for Night in Old San Antoino, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.NIOSA chair Margie Arnold says this is the 70th Night in Old San Antonio, so there will be a lot of throwbacks this year celebrating the event."We're bringing back some of the old time souveniers," she said. "We had an artist who did our first poster in 1983 named Caroline Shelton and we're bringing back four of her prints."NIOSA, as always, will run Tuesday through Friday of Fiesta Week, which is April 24-27.Arnold says NIOSA is often the heart of Fiesta."Our guests look forward to this every year, they get their families together to come in and party as a group," she said.And, the 2017 Fiesta medal is on sale for $12. It featurs the 15 distinctive areas of NIOSA that have made the event what is is today.
