President Trump is condemning what he calls a "twisted regime" in North Korea. Speaking to the South Korean National Assembly tonight, Trump said the North Korean people continue to suffer at the hands of tyrannical leaders. He said the North rewards political loyalty while punishing dissent. Trump also noted that many North Koreans die of hunger.
