Hurricane Dorian Shifts Track As Churns Toward East Coast

Hurricane Dorian is slowing and shifting course as it tracks toward the East Coast. The National Hurricane Center says the Category 4 storm is packing winds near 150 miles an hour as it churns less than 400 miles east of West Palm Beach. The powerful storm is heading to the northwest at about eight-miles-per-hour. Forecasters say the latest models predict Dorian to arrive near Florida's east coast late Monday through Tuesday. Florida and parts of the Carolinas are under a state of emergency as the storm's track remains uncertain.
