Former President Trump says Tuesday's midterm elections were "somewhat disappointing."
In a post on his Truth Social website, Trump said while the elections were disappointing in certain ways, from his standpoint, "it was a very big victory."
In an earlier post, Trump called it "A GREAT EVENING" for Republicans while adding the news media and Democrats were working together to play it down.
Several candidates endorsed by Trump lost Senate and governor races, including Dr. Oz in Pennsylvania's Senate race. However, Trump-backed candidate J.D. Vance won a key Senate race in Ohio.
