A Connecticut jury is ordering Alex Jones to pay nearly a billion dollars to multiple families of Sandy Hook victims.
The InfoWars host and conspiracy theorist had already been found liable by a judge over his repeated claims that the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre was a hoax.
The plaintiffs alleged that Jones made millions of dollars off the claims and caused his followers to torment the families of the victims. Jurors started deliberations last Thursday.
