President Biden is re-evaluating America's relationship with Saudi Arabia.
This comes after the Middle Eastern country decided to team up with Russia to cut oil production.
The move to slash oil would help Russian President Vladimir Putin's government and may raise gas prices in the U.S. National Security Council official John Kirby said on CNN Biden is "disappointed by the OPEC decision and is going to be willing to work with Congress as we think about what the right relationship with Saudi Arabia needs to be going forward."
