President Biden is addressing his plan to curb the nation's rampant gun violence.
Speaking in Pennsylvania, Biden said he's determined to see military-style assault weapons banned in the U.S.
The President called for more "common sense measures" to address rampant gun violence and he criticized many Republicans for opposing such legislation.
He also promoted increased funding for law enforcement. Biden said the solution to violent crime doesn't involve defunding police.
