Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, is pleading guilty to DUI related charges in California.
The plea comes with a sentence of five days in jail, but Pelosi has already served two days. Two days were taken off for good behavior and the remaining sentence will be covered by a court work program.
Fox News reports the sentence also includes a three-month drunk driving program, restitution payments and three years of probation.
Pelosi was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol during a car accident on May 28th.
