A Florida judge is officially issuing an order to unseal parts of the affidavit used to justify a raid of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
The judge is asking the Justice Department to propose redactions by Thursday.
The New York Times reports the government could use this to try to persuade officials into keeping all the documents sealed.
The order states the search carries "intense public and historical interest" and there has been no justification as of yet to keep the affidavit private.
