The Russian invasion has resulted in almost $565 billion in losses for Ukraine. That's according to its economy minister.

She noted that number comes from infrastructure damage among other things. She also vowed Russia will pay for what it has done.

Meantime, The mayor of a hard hit Ukrainian city is calling for a "complete evacuation." Mariupol's mayor said his city is now "in the hands of the occupiers" after weeks of attacks from Russian forces.

The mayor called for the evacuation of the remaining individuals in the city, which had a population of over 400,000 before the Russian invasion began. It was estimated around 160,000 people remain in Mariupol as of Monday.
