The controversial Texas abortion law will once again be considered by the U.S. Supreme Court this week.
The Court agreed to hear arguments starting Monday, in a hearing fast-tracked by the Biden administration.
The challenge focuses not on the abortion ban itself, but whether its enforcement can be delegated to private citizens - something written into the bill to keep it from being challenged at the federal level.
It's the second time in two months the Supreme Court has taken up the Texas ban - On Sept. 1st it voted 5-4 to allow it to take effect.
