Facebook is being hit with another fine. Regulators in the UK have leveled a $ 69million fine in relation to the takeover of Giphy. That's a gif-sharing platform and it was the subject of an investigation that began last year in the UK.
The Competition and Markets Authority says Facebook didn't properly provide updates with an order relating to the investigation.
It's the second big fine Facebook has been ordered to pay this week. The U.S. Justice Department says the social media giant will pay more than $14 million after it was accused of not properly advertising more than 2500 jobs.
The California-based company also allegedly didn't consider applications from American citizens before offering jobs to those from other countries.
