Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is accusing Republicans of manufacturing a crisis that threatens to put the economy back into a recession.
He was referring to the looming crisis over the debt limit and said Republicans should "just get out of the damned way."
He warned Republicans that they risk becoming the "party of default."
