A new Fox News Poll claims that two-thirds of registered voters think the 2001 terrorist attacks permanently changed life in the United States.
The poll found a quarter of respondents say the attacks caused temporary changes and 9% think life didn’t change at all.
The poll was conducted August 7th through the 10th and also found that respondents see the 9/11 attacks as more consequential than the coronavirus pandemic.
50% of those polled previously said they believe the pandemic has also made permanent changes to life in the U.S.
