Congress is about to shine a bright spotlight on the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken will testify next week about the massive evacuation effort from the war-torn nation last month.
The operation was marred by a terrorist bombing at the Kabul Airport, killing more than a dozen American service-members.
Blinken will likely be pressed about plans for the tens of thousands of Afghans who were evacuated, along with efforts to get remaining Americans out of the country.
