Delta Air Lines may not be requiring employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine, but the carrier has a new method of motivation.
The Atlanta-based company plans to increase the cost of health insurance for employees who are not vaccinated to the tune of 200 bucks a month.
Delta says the new fee will go into effect November 1st and will help cover increased healthcare costs.
Unvaccinated workers will also have to take a COVID test every week beginning September 12th.
