The first day of the Senate impeachment trial for former President Trump gets underway soon.
Trump is accused of inciting the deadly mob attack at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
Trump is the first President in U.S. history to be impeached twice by the House. He was previously impeached for pressuring the President of Ukraine to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden and his son.
Trump's attorneys will argue it's unconstitutional to try the former President since he is no longer in office.
A conviction would require 67 votes in the 100 member Senate.
