The Supreme Court has cleared the way for potential lawsuits over the government's no-fly list.
The case was filed by three Muslim men who claim they were placed on the list in retaliation, after they refused to serve as FBI informants.
On Thursday, the Court ruled unanimously that those men are allowed to sue FBI agents, under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
New Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett did not participate in the decision.
