The White House will host a coronavirus vaccine summit this afternoon.
President Trump will address the gathering, which will put a spotlight on Operation Warp Speed. That is Trump's program that has been aimed at clearing bureaucratic hurdles and speeding development of a vaccine.
The President is expected to sign an executive order that would prioritize the delivery of vaccines for Americans before the U.S. starts helping other countries.
