Democrat Jon Ossoff is looking forward to a runoff election with Republican David Perdue for one Georgia Senate seat.
Ossoff told supporters today change has come to the Peach State. He credited Stacey Abrams for registering thousands of new Democrats after losing her bid for governor.
He criticized Perdue for not holding a single town hall event during his six years in the Senate. Perdue led in Tuesday's general election vote, but as more Democratic votes came in over the week he dropped below 50 percent. That means there will be a runoff between the two men.
Ossoff predicted he will win the run-off election for Georgia's Senate seat.
