One Pennsylvania county is not counting ballots today.
Allegheny, the state's second largest county, said they will wait until tomorrow to count the final batch of ballots. The reason is because of a settlement agreement with two Republican Congressional candidates.
Some 29,000 ballots were mailed to wrong voters, so under a court-order the county that includes Pittsburgh must wait until after 5 p.m. Friday to process those votes.
Officials say they've already scanned more than 675,000 ballots in the county. About 35,000 more mail-in ballots remain to be verified and counted.
