A software engineer for Facebook has quit the company in protest, accusing it of "profiting off hate".
Ashok Chandwaney posted an open letter to the company's internal message board, criticizing Facebook for failing to remove posts by "violent hate groups and far-right militias".
They also cited a post from President Trump that said "When the looting starts, the shooting starts" - which caused a 'virtual walkout' from dozens of Facebook employees back in June.
