President Trump says it's past time to pull U.S. forces out of Syria. Trump took to Twitter this morning to defend his move to pull troops out of northern Syria and to stand aside for an imminent Turkish invasion. The President said the U.S. was only supposed to be in Syria for 30 days, but that turned into years. Trump said that the U.S. defeated ISIS and will bring our soldiers home rather than fight in endless tribal wars. As for abandoning America's Kurdish allies to the Turks,Trump said the Kurds were paid massive amounts of money and given equipment for their help. The President also said that regional powers can now figure out what to do with captured ISIS troops in their neighborhood.
