General Mark Milley will become the  next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  President Trump made it official in a morning tweet yesterday.  Milley is currently the Army's  chief of staff and will replace Marine Corps General Joe Dunford who'll  be leaving the post as the President's top military adviser in 2019.  In  other staffing news, President Trump says Chief of Staff John Kelly  will be leaving the White House.  The retired general has been chief of  staff since 2017.  Possible replacements are said to include VP Mike  Pence's chief of staff Nick Ayers and White House budget  chief Mick Mulvaney.
