Storm Strands Thousands Of Travelers

Airport

A powerful snowstorm hitting the Midwest is forcing thousands of flights to be cancelled or delayed across the United States.  Over 21-hundred flights have been cancelled as the system pushes from the Midwest towards the Great Lakes.  It appears Chicago's O'Hare Airport was hardest hit, with over 800 flight cancellations and delays today.  The storm dumped snow more than a foot deep in some parts of Iowa.  More than 100-thousand homes and businesses in Chicago and northern Illinois are without power.  Over 24-million people are under flood or flash-flood watches.
