Police in Iowa are charging a man from Mexico with the murder of missing college student Mollie Tibbetts. Cristhian Bahena Rivera was taken into custody and admitted to stalking Tibbetts just before her death. Investigators say Rivera has been illegally in the country for as many as seven years. Rivera was identified by a video submitted of Tibbetts jogging in her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa. During interviews Rivera admitted to approaching Tibbetts but said he blacked out after she told him to get away or she would call police. Tibbetts went missing on July 18th and a high-profile search for her began.
