New evidence from a group of German researchers has found that coffee does wonders for your heart and has even determined the ideal number of cups you should have per day.
Their study found that caffeine could improve the way cells inside our blood vessels work, making adult cells perform more like younger ones.
To reap the maximum benefits, a person should enjoy four cups of strong coffee a day.
