Governor Cuomo Offers Free Legal Help to Delivery Man Facing Deportation

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says the state will provide an illegal immigrant from Ecuador with free legal representation after being detained while delivering pizza to a Brooklyn army base.

Cuomo released a statement saying Pablo Villavicencio's detainment is a "wrong-minded immigration policy grounded in bias and cruelty."

Villavicencio was detained a few days back when a background check at the Fort Hamilton Army base showed he agreed to leave the U.S. in 2010 and never did.

Do you agree with Cuomo's statement or should Villavicencio be deported?  He is married to an American with two children on Long Island, how does that play into this?
