Trump will support path to citizenship for 1.8M illegal immigrants

“We’re going to morph into it. It’s going to happen at some point in the future,” Trump said of the immigrants eligible for some version of DACA.

When asked about those current DACA recipients he said, “Tell them not to be concerned, OK?” Trump said. “Tell them not to worry about it. We’re going to solve the problem. Now, it’s up to the Democrats, but they should not be concerned.”

“After DACA is done, we will look at the overall immigration,” Trump said.

Is this the kind of leadership from a President that so many have been saying he lacks? Are you impressed with how he has handled this issue?
