California is enacting a diaper law, that makes changing stations available in men's and women's bathrooms. California will has also officially become a "sanctuary state."

In Illinois, judges will start considering the welfare of cats, dogs, and other pets during custody disputes in divorces. In Florida, parents who are not married are required to submit a shared parenting time plan to the courts. In Colorado, a new law will ban teenagers from possessing and sharing intimate photos of other teens.

Have any new laws been introduced in your state this year?  If so, what are they and how do you feel about them?
