Five lawsuits, including one representing up to 450 victims in the Las Vegas shooting incident, were filed in Los Angeles Monday.
According to the attorneys, the five lawsuits consist of at least two death cases, one catastrophic injury case and one mass tort lawsuit that involves 450 victims who were shot, trampled or suffer from PTSD.
The suits were filed against the owner of Mandalay Bay hotel - MGM Grand Resorts, Live Nation and CSC security.
The lawsuits claim that MGM and Live Nation ignored safety protocols that put thousands of concertgoers at risk.
The estate of Stephen Paddock is also named in the lawsuits.
