Cities across the globe pay tribute to victims of Wednesday's terror attack in London

Four people were killed in a terrorist attack in London yesterday (March 22nd) by a man whose rampage was stopped when he was shot dead by police. The assault began when the attacker, who has not been publicly identified, plowed into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, killing three and wounding 40 others, and then ran from the car and stabbed a police officer to death inside the gates of Parliament before being shot by police. There was no immediate claim of responsibility, although Islamic extremism is suspected, and police believe there was only one attacker. Prime Minister Theresa May said that Parliament, which was locked down for several hours after the incident, would meet as normal the next day, stating that Londoners and visitors, quote, "will all move forward together, never giving in to terror and never allowing the voices of hate and evil to drive us apart."
