President Trump spoke about the economy at a rally in Las Vegas, delivering some optimism and also an update on the Iran conflict.
The President said that a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz could come as early as Wednesday, vowing that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, and saying that he prefers a negotiated settlement because he does not want to kill people.
"I would rather make a deal with Iran because I don't want to kill people," Trump told the crowd gathered at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, "Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon."
President Trump also talked about his tax policy and how it benefits working families, including his push for No Tax on Tips, Social Security and overtime.
