U.S. Supreme Court Extends It's Order Blocking Full SNAP Payments

With the Schumer shutdown set to finally end, the U.S. Supreme Court extended an order blocking full SNAP payments.

The Trump administration had urged the Supreme Court to keep in place an emergency stay handed down by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson last week.

Today's action keeps the stay in place through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13. Hopefully the government will be open by then.
