The Democrat party in the last ten years has completely become a shell of its former self. The party has become nothing about actual policy changes or ideas, and all about getting President Trump. It has been the same playbook since his first election in 2016. They scream "orange man bad," they scream about racism, then say they want to impeach him for any reason under the sun.

It is the same tired, pathetic playbook they have been running for a decade now, and it has caused a total shift within the party. Crazed socialists who have bought into this anti-Capitalist nonsense spewed by bitter Democrats and are now overrunning the party with Communism. The moderate Democrats, we will call them the "smart" ones, are now at war with their own party over it.

Democrats like James Carville and others, who spent the last ten years screaming about Trump being a "fascist," are starting to not like the bed they have made. For years, we told them to stop sewing so much hatred and vitriol, or it would cause a catastrophic problem for themselves and the country. Now, here we are, with a huge fat "I told you so," and moderate Democrats wanting to find an exit strategy from a collapsing party.

One of the moderate Democrats trying to reel in the party is former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. During a recent appearance on NBC News, he pleaded with Democrats not to impeach President Trump, because "it is not going anywhere," and will just be "a food fight." Which, he is correct. The impeachment of President Trump serves no earthly purpose other than Democrats wanting to feel like they did something productive for once in their lives.

Republican strategist Matt Locke says the logical side of the party is finally waking up to what the Socialism is, and how bad it is for the party.

"Where a political party wants to burn down the actual base of what is here...and I think moderate Democrats are starting to catch on, it just might be a bit too late," he says.

Indeed, it might be too late. Multiple self-proclaimed socialists are on the ballot in the November elections to hold actual Congressional or Senate seats. Which is absurd to think about, much less consider being a reality.

But that is what the party has become. It is overrun with slothful individuals, who want access to American wealth they do not have the mental capacity to earn themselves.

"They want to burn down Capitalism because they are all lazy...they want government handouts, they are all trying to out-left one another," says Locke. "They ran the party over the edge of the cliff. So now, you have folks in the moderate Democrat party trying to salvage what is left of it."

There might not be much left to salvage, though. If socialists win seats in November, there is no getting rid of it, and the Democrat party will become something entirely different. If they lose, the party will have no relevance for the next two decades.

However, winning elections is a tall task for them. Specifically, because they have made this "get Trump" impeachment nonsense their entire platform and people are just not biting the hook.

"It has run its course...people see Trump, they see the economy, they see their 401Ks...and they just don't believe you have anything," Locke says.

If the GOP shows up to vote in November, it could be a brutal lesson to learn for the Democrats. It appears they are trying to learn it now, one month from the election. But it might already be too late for that.
