Donald Trump has been working overtime to push his agenda in the early weeks of his presidency. He's having to fight through left-wing judges intent on obstructing him. The Trump Team saw this coming, and they've already scored some wins.

Josh Blackman, a Constitutional Law professor at the South Texas College of Law, said, "They've gone on offense, and I think a lot of these legal challenges are going to backfire. We've seen one judge in Massachusetts affirm that, 'Yes, you can do the 'fork in the road email', you can reduce workforces.'"

Blackman highlights that he has a key advantage in these legal battles. The simple fact is, Trump is right. He points to examples like the secretary of the treasury terminating contracts, calling the notion that the secretary couldn't do this "insane."

Blackman added, "I think a lot of these initial reaction lawsuits will fade away. People will soon realize that the actions Trump is trying to implement, he actually has the authority to do."

He believes that as Trump accumulates more court victories, these cases will become less frequent. He said, "Remember, litigation is both expensive and time-consuming. If blue states and activist groups keep losing, they might redirect their efforts elsewhere."

Unfortunately, in the short term, expect to see more of these legal actions come and go.
