New players are heading to San Antonio to become a part of the Spurs after Thursday night's NBA Draft.

With the 9th overall pick, the Spurs will be drafting from their best position since they drafted Tim Duncan at #1 overall in 1997. That pick sort of worked out for the team.

In addition to the #9 pick in the first round, the Spurs also go into the draft holding the #20 and #25 picks, plus the #38 pick, which is high in the second round.

Tim Merryman, Chris Duel, Brian Gann (in for Charity McCurdy) and Jeremy Kolok will have all the details you need to know about the new Spurs on San Antonio's First News on 1200 WOAI from 5-9am on Friday morning.

Go Spurs Go !!!
