1 Biden Praises Harris In First Joint Campaign Event
At an event in Maryland yesterday, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris made their first public appearance together since he dropped out of the presidential race. The event was organized by the White House to announce the results of the first Medicare drug price negotiation, but both of them had kind words for the other. “There’s a lot of love in this room for our president,” Harris said before listing a variety of reasons. “Thank you, Joe!” she said, starting a chant from the crowd. Biden also said good things about Harris, saying she will make “one hell of a president.” He also struck out against Republicans while referencing the Medicare drug negotiations, referring to Project 2025 and saying, “Let me tell ya what our Project 2025 is – beat the hell out of’em.”

3 Multiple Arrests Have Been Made in the Death of Matthew Perry
Multiple arrests have been made in the death of Matthew Perry. Two doctors, the actor’s personal assistant, and two others have all been charged with providing the ketamine that led to his death. Prosecutors allege that Perry’s assistant and an acquaintance got their hands on a large amount of ketamine, worth tens of thousands of dollars, with the help of a drug dealer. Perry had publicly struggled with addiction over the years. The “Friends” actor was found dead on October 28th last year, floating face down in his hot tub. An autopsy report later confirmed that he had passed away due to “acute effects of ketamine.” The actor’s family has issued a statement, following news of the arrest. "We were and still are heartbroken by Matthew’s death, but it has helped to know law enforcement has taken his case very seriously. We look forward to justice taking its course,” they share.
