SAFN Video Of The Day

Roger Waters has teamed up with Lucius to pay tribute to John Prine. The Pink Floyd co-founder has shared a cover of the late singer-songwriter’s song “Hello In There.” Waters kicks off the rendition on acoustic guitar, singing the verse by himself before Lucius takes over. The cover of the song, which originally appearing on Prine’s 1971 self-titled debut, comes along with a remotely-produced live video. This isn’t the first time Waters has covered the Prine song, he performed a version of “Hello In There” at Newport Folk Festival in 2015. In fact, the live clip of the Waters and Lucius’ cover comes from a film about Newport, “Our Voice Together.”
