The UFC finally decided to get with the program and cancel their next three events, this coming weekend, the weekend after, and the weekend of April 11th. They have yet to cancel the card for April 18th, featuring a main event match between KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV and TONY FERGUSON . . . but it's hard to believe it'll happen at this point. However, as often happens, our guiding light in these turbulent times is WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT.(???) The WWE is NOT canceling Wrestlemania 36.It will go on April 5th as scheduled . . . with some MAJOR changes. The show WAS booked for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, in front of 70,000 fans. But now it'll go down at the WWE's training facility in Orlando . . . in front of ZERO fans. According to a statement from the WWE, it'll be a closed set, with only "essential personnel" on hand. The WWE has already been holding its usual live TV shows, including "Monday Night Raw" and "Friday Night Smackdown", at the facility with no fans, and it's been pretty surreal.
