LaMarcus Aldridge scored a game-high 24 points as the Spurs topped the Pistons with a 105-93 win in San Antonio. DeMar DeRozan nearly had a triple-double with 17 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists as the Spurs snapped a three-game losing streak. The Spurs hold the seventh seed in the Western Conference at 34-and-29. Reggie Jackson scored 22 points for the Pistons, who saw their three-game winning streak come to an end. Blake Griffin had 17 points in the setback. The Pistons fell to 29-and-31.
