Suspect Killed By U.S. Marshals In Downtown Hotel Parking Garage

A man is dead after he was shot by U.S. Marshals near a downtown San Antonio hotel on Friday. Federal officials say the shooting happened in the parking garage of the DoubleTree on the five-hundred block of West Cesar Chavez Boulevard. The man has not been identified, but authorities said he was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in New Braunfels. The Texas Rangers are investigating.
