There is outrage and confusion after Texas police admitted they made a mistake during the elementary school classroom massacre. Parents of the 19 children shot and killed at Robb Elementary in Uvalde learned today police waited for nearly an hour for reinforcements before breaching the classroom door where the gunman was holed up. Department of Public Safety Director Colonel Steve McCraw said "it was the wrong decision" to wait and not breach the classroom door. McGraw admitted they were getting 911 calls for help as officers waited for their backup. Parents also learned to gunman entered through a door that teacher propped open. A Border Patrol tactical team eventually went into the classroom and killed the 18-year-old suspect. Nineteen children and two adults were shot to death, along with the gunman.
