The San Antonio Board of Realtors says the city's real estate market isn't showing any signs of slowing down. The average price of a home sold in San Antonio last month was 17% higher than in January of last year, rising to more than to $351,000. The average San Antonio home stayed on the market for 35-days, which is 12-days less than a year ago. Nearly all of the homes in January 2022 closed at list price.
