Travis County is now in Stage Four of the COVID-19 risk-based guidelines. Austin Public Health raised the risk level Wednesday in response to the significant increase in new cases and hospitalizations. In Stage Four, A-P-H recommends those who are fully vaccinated and boosted to wear masks in all gatherings, even outdoors. Residents who have not gotten the vaccine or a booster yet are advised to stop traveling and to only use curbside or delivery service for shopping and dining.
